- Our nutrition programs are designed to help clients build a healthy relationship with food. Done through hands on coaching sessions, cooking classes, and educational workshops our clients will learn to develop their own “Eating Style” that promotes health and longevity.
- Mind+Body work is as important for health programs as is exercise and nutrition. Proper recovery helps in all phases of life and our yoga classes, stretch series, and restorative/recovery classes are just the right thing. Our habit coaching programs implement strategies proven to shift your mindset to a positive one that eliminates stress, heals and protects the body from illness and disease.
